Requests for local subpoenas should be filed 10 days before the court date.
Requests for out-of-town subpoenas should be filed 30 days before the court date.
In a misdemeanor case, we can issue up to 6 subpoenas for free.
In a felony case, we can issue up to 12 subpoenas for free.
